Each week you will receive 8 exercises, 4 aimed at strength and conditioning and 4 aimed at building flexibility.
Each has a video demonstrating it and a written explanation.
The repetitions and sets are a suggestion but to not be afraid of adjusting these to suit your current level of fitness.
