These sessions target endurance, speed, power, Vo2 max, muscular endurance, tempo swimming depending on the phase within the year.
Aim - To be in peak condition for the summer season.

Essential kit needed - Swimwear, goggles, fluids.
Preferable kit needed - Pull buoy, hand paddles, fins.
Please ensure you bring any medication you may need.
We use 2x lanes of the main pool at the Aquadrome.
