There are large car parks right next to the track which can get quite full so leave 5 mins parking time.
Trainers suitable for track running, trail shoes (if you have them), fluids, any necessary medication, timing device, suitable run attire.
Winter months: Headtorch, warm outer layers, dry clothes to change in to.
